PRINTS AND CANVASES

Danny Cawley Art uses UK Mail to courier all UK prints, worldwide shipping handling by international courier. Please note all prints are subject to a 2 week turnaround time (please allow 10 days for delivery from time of order for canvases), UK prints are sent on next day UK delivery.

Once a product has been passed to the delivery services, Danny Cawley Art are no longer responsible for the delivery and condition of the package. If You receive a product and it has been damaged by the delivery service please get in contact with Danny Cawley Art within 7 days of receiving the product and we will advise on receiving compensation from the delivery services.

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the Customer’s expense. Danny Cawley Art has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.

If You have not received your goods within 14 days of the noted dispatch date You must notify Danny Cawley Art via our contact form who will advise on a course of action.


T-SHIRTS AND MUGS

It is your right to return any items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We do not refund shipping cost. We will accept returns within this time only if the items are received back to us in the same condition as they were sent. We will not accept any returns without a returns form, you can get a returns form by logging into your account and going to your order history. Returns forms are only available for 7 working days after receiving your order.

Items that have been decorated or altered will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Shipping prices are based on shipping within the mainland UK and excludes Northern Ireland the Highlands of Scotland and all islands. A surcharge of £10 per carton is payable on deliveries to these locations.

Orders under £10 in value are generally sent by standard first class mail unless otherwise requested. Orders over £20 are sent via fastway courier service tracking numbers for your order can be provided on request. All deliveries must be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages these must be reported immediately on the same day. Please note we generally keep screens for 5 days any shortages of printed items reported after this time can not be replaced. We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any subsequential losses incurred once they have left our premise We will ship orders to the address provided by the customer on the date stated. We will provide the customer with the tracking number on request. Our obligation finishes there. Any items not delivered are subject to a £15.00 return fee. This is charged by the courier company and not by us and will be passed on to the customer.
